Important: Restrictions on the import of shipments in areas affected by the fire

Dear Customers,

Due to the forest fire in the Bohemian Switzerland region and the large-scale evacuation of the population in this area, an increased number of undelivered parcels is expected. The area of Hřensko, Mezná, Mezní louka and Janov will not be served, at least until the situation calms down. The area of undelivered parcels is likely to widen somewhat during the course of today.  Couriers from the surrounding and affected routes are in contact with the dispatch centre, we will keep you informed of the current situation, keep an eye on our website.
