Throughout the upcoming season, we will deliver and collect shipments as usual – on weekdays, yes; on holidays and weekends, no. The only exception is New Year’s Eve – Wednesday, December 31, we will be closed. From Friday, January 2, 2026, we will be back at full capacity, operating normally (collection and delivery of shipments as well as IT hotline).

Are you planning a holiday or changing your opening hours?
If you will temporarily close your location, please set it in the MyParcelshop app under the Holidays section:
➤ For short holidays (1–2 days), enter them only one or two days in advance.
➤ For longer holidays (3 days or more), enter them at least a week in advance.
This way, you can best inform both us and your customers when they can expect you to be available.
If you plan to change your opening hours, let us know with a simple message via the Communicator in the MyParcelshop app.
📦 Increase your parcel capacity and earn more money!
Make the most of your outlet’s potential and the 2025 season. If you have available space, you can increase the capacity for the number of parcels received from PPL. This automatically means more parcels directed to you and, of course, more money from commissions.
You can adjust your capacity easily by calling the IT Hotline at +420 225 331 700, or via the MyParcelshop app → in the top left menu select COMMUNICATION WITH PPL → then choose the topic your message relates to.
