Your partnership matters to us, which is why we’re entering this peak season even stronger than before! Throughout the year, we’ve been working on speeding up our processes, expanding our pickup and drop-off network, and modernizing our depots. You can rely on us to provide the same high level of service you’re used to, even during the busiest time of the year.
How to make sure orders reach customers on time?
The most important factor is the submission deadline. If you hand over your parcels on Monday, 22 December, more than 96% of such shipments will be delivered on Tuesday, 23 December – either to the recipient’s address or to a pickup point or locker.
If you’re submitting parcels at PPL drop-off points, don’t forget to regularly check their holiday opening hours. These may differ during the pre-Christmas period. You’ll always find the latest information in our Pickup Point Map.

Planning to send Christmas gifts to your business partners? Please remember that perishable goods, alcohol, and liquids in glass bottles are considered prohibited shipments.
