We are opening our first PPL Parcelshop!

The grand opening took place on Friday, 8 November, and the first customers weren’t long in coming. The PPL Parcelshop at the Bořislavka metro station can hold up to 300 shipments per day, providing sufficient capacity for this busy point at the very exit from the Bořislavka metro station towards the Červený Vrch housing estate. In addition to the basic parcel services, customers can also use the accompanying services here. The trained staff will provide assistance with complaints about damaged goods, for example. If you are planning to send a parcel, they will also advise you on the appropriate packaging of the shipment to make sure that it arrives at its destination safely. In the future, packaging materials will also be available for purchase at the PPL-operated Parcelshop.

PPL intends to open other PPL-operated Parcelshops in 2020, as well as to continuously expand the standard partner network. More information about PPL Parcelshops can be found at www.pplparcelshop.cz.
