That is why, with the start of the busiest season, we are introducing a change:
Effective November 3, 2025, we are shortening the storage time for shipments in PPL Shops from the original seven to 4 calendar days.
Thanks to this step, the capacity of PPL Shops will significantly increase, meaning there will be more space for your shipments. Furthermore, you gain greater certainty that you will pick up your package exactly where it truly suits you and where you planned the delivery.
You can pick up your shipments from PPL Boxes as usual – within 3 calendar days. The storage period also remains unchanged for partner AlzaBoxes, where your packages will wait for you for up to 48 hours.
