If you have ordered a cash on delivery package, you can pay our driver in cash or by payment card. Or online via the mojePPL mobile app. In short, whichever way is more convenient for you.
🚷➜🆗 What if you are not at home?
Once you receive a message from us that we will be delivering your package soon and you know you won't be available at the address, there's no need to stress. The delivery notification includes a button that you can use to let us know you won't be at the address. We will then deliver the shipment to the nearest suitable pickup point.

Do you have a PPL box or shop where you prefer to pick up your parcels? Set your favorite pick-up location in the mojePPL app.
If you won't be home at the time of delivery, just let us know and we'll store your parcel there.

How does it work?
1. Order online
Have your goods delivered to your address: either where you live or where you work.
2. You will receive a delivery notification from us
On the day of delivery, we will send you an SMS (and soon also an email) with a two-hour time window. This way, you know exactly when we will arrive and can plan your day effectively.
3. We will contact you shortly before delivery.
The courier will call you or ring your doorbell to let you know that they will be there in a few moments. And that's it!
