Sending parcels abroad is now significantly cheaper and easier with PPL

There are countless situations when you need to send a private shipment abroad: your family lives abroad, your children are studying abroad, or your friends have left for seasonal work.
 

Transparent prices and a smart app 

You don't have to search for prices for specific shipments or remember them. The specific amount will be calculated for you in the mojePPL app or on the PPL website when you place your order. You can also measure your shipment using a handy tool in the app. 
 

Who is this service intended for and where do we deliver? 

Balík pro tebe/Parcel for you service is intended for anyone who needs to send a parcel abroad to any private individual. It is not intended for sending orders from e-shops. 

▶️ As standard, the shipment is delivered directly to the recipient's address (not to a box or shop). 

▶️ Exceptions are Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and the Baltic states (Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia), where delivery is made to the nearest pickup point according to the address. 

Thanks to our cooperation with our parent company DHL, we also offer customer support in partner countries, and you can of course track your shipment through the international shipment tracking system. 

 

Our tip: Send fashion to the world  

Are you updating your wardrobe for winter or want to make more space in it? Then you might find platforms for buying or selling second-hand goods useful, where you can send packages to our geographical neighbors—especially Slovakia and Poland.  
 

How to do it? 

1. Pack your shipment carefully  
   Check out the packaging guidelines and also review the list of prohibited items. 

2. Order a Balík pro tebe/Parcel for you abroad
   Order a shipment on the website or via the mojePPL app – fill in a few basic details, no complicated paperwork required. 

3. Print the label or write down the code 
   Depending on whether you have chosen to send your parcel with or without a label, either write the SmartPIN (part of the QR code) on the parcel or stick the printed label on it.
    

4. Send 
   Simply drop off your parcel at a box or shop (you can find a list of drop-off and pick-up points here), or you can order a driver to pick it up. Then just track your shipment in the mojePPL app, on the PPL website, and in the international tracking system. 

Finally, we have one big request: please send your shipments in advance. International shipping takes longer than domestic shipping. Thank you.
