Assistance to sites affected by tornado

Violent storms recently swept through the Czech Republic, leaving behind a massive amount of damage, specifically in Southern Moravia, where a tornado occurred for the first time in the history of the region. We mentioned the areas which were hit hard in our previous update.  

Our field of social responsibility is very broad and we try to help out in all and any situations which people encounter during their lives. This is also true with regards to this unexpected event. PPL does not only help its employees, but also the people around us. We have set up the e-mail address pomoc@ppl.cz which people can write to asking us for help. Together with DHL, we are in contact with the crisis management team. We have so far received several requests and are doing our utmost to provide help where needed.
