In this year's 23rd edition of the Employer of the Year competition, Czech companies once again showed their best. We were among the winners, winning second place in the category of up to 5000 employees in the Central Bohemia Region. This success confirms that at PPL we not only excel in the field of logistics, but also actively care for our employees and create an environment where they feel valued and motivated.
The Pluxee Employer of the Year competition, which focuses on evaluating companies from a human resources perspective, shows how important the quality of the working environment is. PPL has a long-standing commitment to the development of company culture and internal communication, which is reflected in their successes. As Daniel Čapek, CEO of Pluxee points out, companies that take care of their employees become more competitive and PPL is a clear example of this. The national winners will be announced on 17 June.
