We have introduced the following changes:
● Definition of the Peak Season Surcharge - a tool that helps us strengthen our capacity and maintain service quality even during sudden spikes in shipment volume, added to the General Terms and Conditions and the Price List.
● A new product PPL Parcel CZ Smart To Box, described in the Product Conditions and the Price List.
● The definition of Atypical Shipment now includes a condition for the maximum girth length of the parcel.
● The Price List now includes conditions for changing the delivery address abroad for the Connect product.
● In the Product Terms for PPL Parcel CZ Private and Parcel For You, the phrase “or to a favorite Point of Delivery” was added to reflect new delivery functionality.
● A reference to Return URL was added to the Price List.
