We know that flexibility is key to your satisfaction. One in three Czechs now prefers to use boxes when sending parcels, which is why we have decided to expand our delivery network even further.
In addition to PPL boxes and shops, you can now use thousands of AlzaBoxes throughout the country to send parcels.
Sending gifts to loved ones, selling second-hand goods, or returning goods to an e-shop is now even easier, more convenient, and more accessible. If you run a smaller e-shop and use PPL boxes or shops to send parcels, this new option of posting via AlzaBoxes is of course also available to you.
This new feature builds on our existing cooperation with Alza, thanks to which you have been able to have your orders from online stores delivered to AlzaBoxes for many years.
How does it work?
1️⃣ Fill in the shipping details in the mojePPL app or on the PPL website.
2️⃣ Prepare the shipping details – there are two ways to do this:
➤ Without printing
After payment, a SmartPIN and QR code will be generated automatically. Write the SmartPIN on the shipment by hand and keep the QR code.
➤ With label printing
After payment, you will receive a shipping label, which you can print and attach to the shipment.
3️⃣ Go to your favorite AlzaBox or find the most convenient one on the map of PPL drop-off and pickup points, which shows exactly where you can drop off your package.
4️⃣ Use the scanner on the AlzaBox to scan the label on the package or manually enter the SmartPIN on the box display.
5️⃣ Place the shipment in the box.
If the package does not fit in the box, the box will offer you another one. Close the box. That's it – we will take care of your shipment together with Alza.
What you need to know
Please place only one package in each box.
Deliveries via AlzaBoxes are only possible via boxes that are part of our network.
If a given AlzaBox is full, please try another one or bring your shipment to a PPL box or PPL shop, which serves as a PPL drop-off point.
How to return goods to an online store via AlzaBox?
🔹If you are returning goods to an online store, many of them offer the option of generating a SmartPIN and QR code directly in your account on that online store.
🔹If you found a return label in the package from the e-shop, you can use it.
🔹If the online store does not provide return shipping, use the Balík pro tebe service to return the goods.
