We will deliver your gifts even just before Christmas  

We know how important it is for you to receive your shipments on time, which is why we are still delivering on Tuesday, December 23. Whether you choose convenient delivery to your door or flexible pickup from a PPL box or PPL shop at any time during the day, with us, delivery is always completely natural and smooth. 

An important factor is the deadline for submitting shipments for transport. If an e-shop hands over a shipment to us on Monday, December 22, we will deliver over 96% of such shipments on Tuesday, December 23, to the address or to any of the more than 9,000 boxes and shops in the PPL network.  

We recommend keeping an eye on the deadlines that individual e-shops publish on their websites as the last possible day to order with guaranteed delivery before Christmas.   

 

Pick up when it suits you 

Would you like to pick up your shipment on your way home from work or grab it on your way back from shopping? It's up to you. Parcels that we store at PPL pickup points just before Christmas can be picked up at a PPL box or at selected PPL shops that will be open, even on Christmas Eve or during the following holidays (Christmas Day or Boxing Day). 

Current storage times in boxes and shops: 

  📍 PPL box: 3 calendar days

  📍 PPL shop: 4 calendar days

  📍 AlzaBox: up to 48 hours 

 

Keep your shipments under control 

Send, receive, or return packages, track their movement in real time, pay cash on delivery, or change the delivery location. All this with just a few clicks. The mojePPL app is simple, intuitive, and thanks to the loyalty program, you also collect points for each shipment. You can then convert these points into a whole range of rewards – such as sending parcels with big discounts, or even for just CZK 1. 

 

Set your favorite pickup location 

Did you receive a notification that we will be delivering a package to you, but you won't be at the selected address at the time of delivery? No problem! Set your Favorite pickup location in the mojePPL app—whether it's a stationery store down the street or a box around the corner, we'll store your package there. 

You can set your favorite pickup location in the mojePPL mobile app in the My Details section or directly in the details of the pickup location on the Pickup Location Map. 

This feature is available in the vicinity of the original delivery address so that we can store your shipment in the selected PPL box or PPL shop on the same day, allowing you to pick it up where and when it suits you best.

With the Parcel for you service – a simple, fast, and reliable service that allows you to send packages to each other domestically and abroad. Whether it's family, friends, or colleagues. Balík pro tebe is also great for when you sell or buy through online flea markets and marketplace platforms.  

You can send a Parcel for you from the mojePPL mobile app or from our website, but you can only collect points in the mobile app. For more details about the Parcel for You service, see our current Product Terms and Conditions.  

If you are sending someone a gift via the Parcel for you service, don't forget to pack it properly. Instructions on how to pack your shipment correctly can be found in our Main Packaging Guidelines.
