⏱ Pickup time window
You don't have to spend the whole day looking out the window for our blue and white van. First thing in the morning, we'll send you a message with an exact two-hour window for when the driver will stop by.
📱 Easy online ordering
You can conveniently arrange everything via the mojePPL mobile app or our website. You pay for shipping by credit card, so you don't have to worry about cash when handing over the package. You can also order shipping with cash on delivery.
📦 QR and PIN – that's all you need
When placing your order, select the option to send your shipment "Without label" and, after payment, we will send you a QR code with a SmartPIN, which you then write on the package. The rest is up to the driver, who enters the PIN into the system and sticks the shipping label on the package.
If you have the option to print, select the "With label" option and you can then affix the shipping label to the package yourself.
How does it work?
1️⃣ Order transport online
Enter your shipment details in the mojePPL app or on the website and select the option "Pickup by driver at address." Choose a day that suits you.
2️⃣ Get a notification
On the morning of the pick-up day, we will let you know the time frame when the driver will arrive at your location.
3️⃣ Hand over the shipment
The driver will let you know shortly before arrival that they are almost there, collect the parcel, and you're done. You don't have to go anywhere, we'll come to you.
