New: Extend your storage period in a PPL box for up to a week

Sometimes that’s just how it goes. You end up staying late at work, go on vacation, or something unexpected comes up. Meanwhile, the package you’ve been looking forward to is waiting in your PPL box, and you already suspect you probably won’t be able to pick it up in time. Don’t worry—we’ve got a solution that will make picking it up much easier. 

You can now extend the storage period for a parcel in the mojePPL app.  

You don't have to call anyone, contact customer support, or go through a complicated process to change your delivery. Just open the app and add extra time to your standard 3-day storage period.  
 

One swipe of your finger—and you get two, four, or six extra days 

You can find the extension option right in the app—on the home screen, simply swipe left on the card for the shipment in question. You can also find the extension feature in the shipment details. 

Next, choose whether you need two, four, or six additional days on top of the standard 3 days, and decide whether to use your accumulated PPL points or a credit card. Once you complete this step, the new pickup date will automatically be updated in the shipment details. 

If you need even more time, you can extend the storage period as many times as you like. This means your package can be held for you for several weeks; however, the maximum storage period is 30 calendar days. 

Use your earned points or a credit card 

You can extend the storage period using points earned in the mojePPL app or by credit card, including digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

You earn points in the app for activities you do on a regular basis, such as receiving and sending packages with PPL, or by completing simple tasks—or “challenges.” If you have enough points, extending the storage period might not cost you a single crown. And if you’d rather save your points, you can also use them to send another package at a discounted rate. 

You can see your current point balance immediately after clicking the “Extend” button in the shipment details. You can also find your point balance in the “Rewards” section, which you can access by tapping your name at the top of the app.

We’re confident you’ll love this new feature. It gives you much more flexibility in choosing when to pick up your package. A busy workweek, a packed family schedule, or any other unforeseen circumstances won’t stop you from picking up your package when it’s truly convenient for you.
