The evening delivery service will be discontinued

Dear Customers and Parcel Recipients, 

The evening delivery service will be discontinued on 31 March 2022. 
 
Parcel delivery has been affected by the long-term pandemic situation and we see a preference for daytime delivery, however, coupled with a massive increase in the popularity of other delivery methods. 

As a suitable alternative to the discontinued evening delivery service, we recommend that you use delivery to our ever-expanding network of 3,000 pick-up points (Parcelboxes and Parcelshops). This method of delivery provides you greater flexibility as regards the time when you pick up or drop off your parcels.
