Changes in the Polish SENT system

From March 17, 2026, Poland is extending the reporting obligation in the SENT system to selected textile products and footwear in B2B transport. The system now applies, for example, to textiles and footwear exceeding specified weight or quantity limits.
 

PPL customers are not affected by these changes.
 

Standard PPL parcel shipments to Poland:

● weigh a maximum of 31.5 kg,

● are not transported on pallets,

● are not subject to any reporting obligations in the SENT system.

Nothing changes for senders – shipments continue as before, without additional administrative requirements. The obligation does not apply to B2B multicolli shipments either – their weight is not added to the specified limit, and a package in a multicolli shipment is considered as a single item.
