Changes to the Product Terms and Conditions: 

Cash payment fee for Cash on Delivery: 

The Product Terms and Conditions are updated to include the definition of cash payment of Cash on Delivery and the related fee (newly applied). 

 

Changes to the Price List: 

New pricing tiers for PPL Parcel Connect and PPL Parcel Connect Plus: 

New pricing tiers up to 50 kg and up to 72 kg are introduced for PPL Parcel Connect and PPL Parcel Connect Plus. 

These tiers apply only to shipments charged based on volumetric weight and support more accurate pricing of larger shipments according to the transport capacity they actually use. 

Adjustment of the surcharge for atypical shipments: 

The surcharge for atypical shipments is set at CZK 399. The adjustment reflects the specific handling, sorting and processing requirements of shipments that do not follow the standard operational flow due to their dimensions or characteristics. 

Fee for collecting Cash on Delivery in cash: 

The Price List newly includes a fee for collecting Cash on Delivery in cash in the amount of 0.6% of the COD amount. This reflects the higher operational and administrative effort associated with cash collection, including cash handling, control processes and subsequent financial settlement.
