Card payment restrictions

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that payment gateways and terminals from CSOB do not accept payments with VISA or Mastercard cards issued in Russia, as well as any cards issued by sanctioned entities and banks. 

Furthermore, from 28th of February 2022, PPL CZ has stopped transactions to Sberbank CZ a.s. We kindly ask our contract customers who use this bank to contact Customer Service at b2b@ppl.cz.
