We listened to your comments and requests and are bringing you a new and improved version of the application for handling parcels entitled MyPS. Thanks to the application, everything now takes place online in a flexible and paperless form.
We have speeded up handling of customers with the aid of a function for handover of the parcel directly from storage after it has been found and also thanks to removal of the signature box. You will now find a history of transactions between your shop and the driver in the application. We have also included a two-way communication module, via which you can send messages to your PPL specialists and they will reply directly in the application.
We are planning a lot more improvements in future. You can for example look forward to the possibility of paying for parcels sent cash on delivery using a payment card, or a simple interface for stocktaking of parcels in your shop.
